TwinAIR project was presented -by IES- at Sustainable Places 2025 on 10 October 2025, in Milano, Italy.
The event brought together industry partners, research institutions, and universities to discuss sustainability and innovation in the built environment.
Marina Melero Muñoz from IES took part in a paper session on digitalisation and Smart Readiness Indicators (SRI), where she presented TwinAIR under the title “TwinAIR: Improving Indoor Air Quality in the Built Environment.” The presentation focused on how TwinAIR combines sensing technologies, data analytics, and visualization to improve indoor air quality and health.
She also gave a speech about IES’s contribution, the development of a Building Air Quality Digital Twin within IES Live, which integrates indoor environmental data into an intuitive dashboard that supports users in enhancing comfort, energy efficiency, and overall building health.
