TwinAIR proudly participated in the IDEAL Cluster Summit, The Air We Share: Shaping Healthier Indoor Air Quality in Europe and Beyond“, bringing together policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, public authorities and civil society organisations to discuss the future of indoor air quality in Europe.

The Summit provided an opportunity to showcase the collective achievements of the IDEAL Cluster and reflect on the progress made towards creating healthier indoor environments. Discussions highlighted the growing recognition that indoor air quality is a major public health challenge, affecting millions of Europeans who spend most of their time indoors.

The event also reinforced the importance of evidence-based action. Through its work, TwinAIR has contributed valuable knowledge on indoor air pollution, exposure assessment and health impacts, while helping to develop practical tools and solutions that support healthier living and working spaces.

For TwinAIR, the Summit was a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences, share results and contribute to a broader European dialogue on indoor air quality. It also highlighted the strength of collaboration within the IDEAL Cluster, where seven complementary projects have worked together to generate scientific evidence, innovative solutions and policy recommendations for healthier indoor environments.

We would like to thank all speakers, moderators, participants and fellow IDEAL Cluster members for their contributions to this successful event.
